WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 30-days of purchase!
We only ask that the following requirements are met:Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Triangl for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
If you are exchanging: you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.
If refunding: the full set must be returned (top and bottom).
We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in Ingleburn, NSW specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns.
We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Code and the full address once your return request has been approved.
Items returned without an approved Return Authorisation Code will be returned to sender and will not be processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, you should receive approval of your request within 1-2 business days.
If you are exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days after your return items have been received.
If you are refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 1-2 business days after your return items have been received.
